Build #221
It's been a number of updates, both server and client side, since we last posted anything, so let's see if we can catch up on what has changed.
One of the bigger visual changes is that the Anarok has been introduced in full 3D glory - it's still a bit silent, and needs a 2D render for icons, but... look at it :)... On a functional level, the search has been improved - both when searching for friends by name, but also when searching for alliances to join. In the category of very-big-but-completely-invisible fixes is a backend bug that, on at least one occasion, caused the server to silently stop persisting data for almost a day (this is the kind of bugs we really want to get ironed out during this pre-launch period, so keep at it :) ).
We also fixed a ton of small bugs and minor issues, for example:
- Weekly crates could not be collected
- Alliance setup has been ironed out a bit more and we also added help texts
- Movement paths direction was sometimes reversed (visual glitch)
- The friends tab in the accordion has been fixed and got a new feature to chat directly with a friend
- The bookmarks list in the accordion has been implemented
